Return Policy

Item Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for all products unless the item you purchased is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at cs@pcbl.hk with below details

‧order no;

‧product and Qty with defect;

‧the defect/ quality problem; and

‧photo of the defective product and (or) packing box photo if any

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail for the result of the defect (product replacement or refund) within a reasonable period of time.

If the product is confirmed by refund, the refund amount (applied to after discount, administration fee if any) will be settled by using bank transfer to your account.
